About Us
Dorchester School District Two opened its seventh middle school, East Edisto Middle School, in the Beech Hill area in August 2022.
The school is located in one of the fastest-growing areas of the district and will alleviate overcrowding in several of the district’s middle schools.
- The new school serves students in 6 through 8 grades.
- The school is located on a shared campus with Beech Hill Elementary School on property already owned by the school district.
- The one-story facility is 119,830 square feet.
